2000’s inspired horror? Sign me up. Also “XIS”, ‘SIX”. where does that come in? Interesting. Enjoyed what I played of your demo so far. The creepy atmosphere/music and amount of interactivity/item using system is good. Also cool, talking butterflies! My only nitpick is that you have to press the interact button to move between maps which feels a bit strange. Also I’m not sure if it’s a sequence break of my own fault or a bug that needs fixing/end of demo, but after recruiting your sister and moving the log if you try to keep going up you are unable to advance. If you could tell me the steps to reach the end that’d be much appreciated. Anyways good luck with development. :)
Hi! Interacting to switch screens was a purposeful choice, as it decreases the time needed to flee a screen after just entering. Without it, you would have to take a step forward (toward what you want to escape) and then backward. As for a hint: After finding Max and if you have read the notes, you can wait at the clock in the cabin with the pink bear.
Hey! I wanted to PM you directly, but I suppose there is no way to do that on here.
I am drafting a community post for the release announcement forum and I am wondering if I can grab a pull quote from your comment? I am thinking "2000’s inspired horror? Sign me up."
Of course I will credit you and even link your page if that's something you would be okay with.
